The Samiti provides both long-term industrial training and short-term skill development through Anshika Pvt. ITI and Anshika Technical Institute, with programmes connected to DGET, NCVT, SDI and NSDC frameworks.
Training Units

Long-Term Industrial Training

Through Anshika Pvt. Industrial Training Institute, the Samiti provides DGET/NCVT affiliated two-year industrial training designed for stable wage employment.

Electrician Trade

Two-year NCVT course with classroom learning, practical workshop exposure and placement support. Earlier batches recorded successful company placements while new batches continued training.
